Free Auditions & Weekly Grants

Every User is entitled to unlimited fifteen-second (15s) A/B audition comparisons at zero credit cost. Active Users receive an automatic grant of ten (10) free credits every seven (7) days, which remain valid for seven (7) days and are stackable with existing balances. Promotional or granted credits are subject to the usage rules set out in the Refund Policy and may be revoked in cases of abuse.

Credit Balance & Refunds

Purchased credits are permanent and do not expire. If a full-length export fails due to a system error attributable to the Service, the credits deducted for that export are automatically and immediately refunded to your ledger. Refund eligibility, deadlines, and procedures are set out in full in the Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Service Availability & AI Output

While the Service's dual-tier local AI engine is designed to deliver broadcast-quality acoustic restoration, results may vary depending on the quality and characteristics of the original recording. Outputs are provided as produced, and you are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any output before publication or commercial use. The Company does not warrant specific signal-to-noise outcomes.

User Content Ownership & AI Output Rights

You retain full intellectual property rights and commercial ownership over all uploaded audio/video files and cleaned output results. The Company claims zero ownership and grants no license to itself over your creative media. To the extent any output generated by the Service is capable of attracting copyright or neighboring rights, such rights belong exclusively to you, subject only to any rights inherent in the underlying content you supplied.
