No Refunds for Used Credits

The Service provides specialized neural-network processing and on-device WebAssembly computing. Once credits have been deducted for a full audio or video export and the corresponding output file has been generated, such credits are conclusively deemed consumed and are strictly non-refundable. This section does not apply to credits automatically refunded under Sections 4 and 5 below.

Seven-Day Unused Pack Refund

If you purchase a one-time credit top-up pack and have not consumed any of the purchased credits within seven (7) calendar days of the purchase date, you are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method. Eligibility requires that no consumption occurred during the seven-day window. Refund requests must be submitted before the window elapses.

Service Interruption & Credit Protection

1. Noise Cleaner (Local Processing): Because noise reduction is performed within your local browser sandbox, if an export job fails due to an unexpected engine crash or memory error, the credits deducted for that job are instantly and automatically returned to your balance. 2. Downloader (YouTube Suite): Once a media stream is successfully purchased, your account is granted a 6-hour re-download window for that specific format, allowing you to resume or re-download without consuming additional credits.
